1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 1CODE website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an informational resource presenting 1CODE, a software development studio, and the services we provide — including mobile and front-end development, UX/UI design, QA and testing, back-end engineering, and AI and machine learning solutions.

3. No offer; service engagements

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee of services, timelines, or results. Descriptions of services, case studies, and past work are provided for general information only.

Any engagement between 1CODE and a client is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated and signed written agreement (such as a master services agreement and statements of work). If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails with respect to the services.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site or the infrastructure it runs on;
probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission;
collect content or data from the Site by automated means (scraping, harvesting) without our prior written permission;
impersonate any person or entity, or submit knowingly false information through the contact form.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page design, layouts, animations, and software — are owned by or licensed to 1CODE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The 1CODE name and logo are marks of the studio. Client names, logos, and product references shown in case studies belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant work; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

You may view the Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
